The content: four steps to a robust business plan
Each subject builds on the last, laying the foundations for a robust and informed business plan.
1. Business Models & The Lean Canvas
You'll generate ideas through fun and challenging creative techniques, and get practice creating a robust business model using the Lean Canvas tool.
2. Market Research and Positioning
Learn about market positioning and market research methodologies through interactive group exercises, and get the resources you need to create your own qualitative research plan.
3. Business Plan & Financial Forecasting
Through case studies, you'll build business offerings and translate research into financial variables. You'll get a flexible Excel tool to automatically create financial forecasts for your business.
4. Minimum Viable Product
You'll consider the assumptions which underpin your business plan and discover how to validate them by building a minimum viable product to test your project or service with real customers.

Coralie is chief facilitator and co-founder at DodoWorkPlay. Previously, she spent four years conducting market research for startups and leading organisations in the digital, pharmaceutical, food and retail industries.
In her roles as Marketing and Communication Strategy Officer and Business Consultant she provided reports and advice on market positioning, business models, advertising campaigns. Her experience also includes business planning for entrepreneurs.
Coralie was recently in charge of the project management agenda for the Seeing Blue boot camp, where she conducted workshops on project management and entrepreneurship. She has a Masters in Entrepreneurship and Innovative Projects from Paris Dauphine University.
